More Than a Trip.
A Shared Experience.

Small-group cycling, hiking, and skiing journeys across Italy, designed around people as much as place.

Sharing a meal together in Italy

Participant Over Consumer

Domestique is built on a simple idea: you don't come to be taken care of. You come to be part of it.

You ride the climbs. You push your limits. You engage with the place. You contribute to the group. We support you, but we do not replace your role in the experience.

Every person in Domestique stands on equal ground. Our travelers are thoughtful, accomplished, and curious. Our guides are experts, but also participants. This creates a rare dynamic—a space where conversations are meaningful, relationships are natural, and hierarchy disappears.

What We Build Around

Curiosity

A desire to explore beyond the obvious. To ask, to try, to go deeper.

Boldness

A willingness to step outside comfort zones—physically, socially, and mentally.

Hospitality

A sense of care that feels natural, not transactional. You are welcomed, not served.

Connection

The belief that the right group of people can transform any journey into something unforgettable.

Growth does not come from ease. Domestique embraces moments that challenge you—on the road, on the mountain, and in unfamiliar situations. Fixing your own tire. Climbing beyond what you thought possible. Trying something you normally wouldn't.

These are not inconveniences. They are the experience.

What Domestique Is

Domestique is not a travel company.

It is a curated community brought together through shared experiences in extraordinary places. We design journeys where people are not spectators, but participants. Where the value lies not only in where you go, but in who you become while you're there—and who you meet along the way.

The best experiences are not consumed. They are lived, shaped, and shared.

What began as a small circle of friends riding through Italy has evolved into something intentionally small and carefully curated. Each journey brings together individuals who share a similar outlook on travel, life, and adventure.

You are not joining a group of strangers. You are stepping into a circle of people you would naturally choose to spend time with.

Over time, we have built close relationships with a select network of local partners across Italy. Private estates, exceptional kitchens, and routes known only to those who live them. This is not access that can be booked. It is access that is shared.

The name comes from cycling, where the domestique supports the team with quiet precision and intent. That same philosophy exists here in the background. Every detail is considered, every element refined, so that your experience feels seamless, personal, and elevated.

What remains is simple. The ride, the place, and the people around you.

Riding the coast together
Shared moments in the mountains
What surprised me most wasn't the riding or the scenery—it was the people. By the second day, it felt like we had known each other for years. That's rare.
